Senior Systems Engineer
We need highly skilled Computer and Networking professionals with over 5 years experience deploying and supporting Windows based networks. We are a small but very successful and steadily growing company working primarily with small businesses and organizations. Because of the nature of our work, we need outstanding people that meet a variety of qualifications. Salary range $60-80K+, depending upon your skills and experience. Because of our growth and ongoing, increasing demand for our services, those with the right attributes will be on a fast track to our Senior IT Manager position and incomes into the $90s and above. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5 years experience
Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
Honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to help
Very reliable; able to manage your time and your work, and get things done
Advanced knowledge, skills and experience with the following:
Windows Server OS: 2008, 2003
Exchange Server 2007, 2003 and 2000
Terminal Services
VPN
Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2003
Windows Desktop OS: Vista, XP (very little W2K)
Symantec (formerly Veritas) Backup Exec
Trend Micro and/or Symantec/Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition
Hardware firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, SonicWALL, Cisco ForeFront)
Other networking gear (switches, routers, etc.)
Desktop and server computer hardware
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003 or 2000) certification preferred. If you have MCSA certification or equivalent skills you may qualify but will be expected to achieve certification according to a schedule agreed to once you have completed your 30 day review.

Dispatcher / Help Desk
We need a highly motivated Dispatcher /Help Desk person to take incoming telephone calls, manage the schedule of a staff of 5-8 Network Engineers and provide level-1 technical support. This is an hourly, part-time position with a pay range of $12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending upon your skills and experience. Because of our growth and ongoing, increasing demand for our services, the position could very well increase to full-time work at a later date. This is an excellent situation for the right person, with tremendous opportunity for advancement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of Dispatch experience in any industry
Strong sense of customer service
Good phone skills
Sense of urgency
Initiative and follow-up skills
Highly organized
Good written and verbal communication
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION AND/OR COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
2+years of Dispatch experience in the IT industry
Experience with ticketing software (i.e. AutoTask, ConnectWise, etc.)
