We need a highly motivated Dispatcher /Help Desk person to take incoming telephone calls, manage the schedule of a staff of 5-8 Network Engineers and provide level-1 technical support. This is an hourly, part-time position with a pay range of $12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending upon your skills and experience. Because of our growth and ongoing, increasing demand for our services, the position could very well increase to full-time work at a later date. This is an excellent situation for the right person, with tremendous opportunity for advancement.
- 2+ years of Dispatch experience in any industry
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good phone skills
- Sense of urgency
- Initiative and follow-up skills
- Highly organized
- Good written and verbal communication
Special consideration and/or compensaion will be given if you have any of the following:
- 2+years of Dispatch experience in the IT industry
- Experience with ticketing software (i.e. AutoTask, ConnectWise, etc.)
- Help Desk /PC technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Probationary Period for all employees.
